I am an internationally oriented senior manager with more than 25 years of leadership experience in IT, telecommunications, public sector and defense.
From executive board level to project leadership, with P&L responsibility and experience in cross-functional governance, I have stabilized critical projects, led large project organizations and effectively implemented transformation initiatives.
My areas of expertise range from operational risk management to the development of integrated GRC systems, from project and programme governance to crisis management and mediation, and from transformation structuring to the implementation of change initiatives.
I combine analytical clarity with execution strength, clear communication at all hierarchical levels and a strong focus on efficiency, complexity reduction and sustainable performance improvement.
